| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the influence of Xinfukang pills on the cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in coronary heart diseases(CHD). [Methods] Fifty one cases with CHD complicated by chronic cardiac insufficiency and alterative ventricular remodeling were selected and randomly divided into observation group(30 cases treated with Xinfukang pills)and control group (21 cases with captopril. The anteroposterior diameter of left atrium and left ventricle,posterior wall of left ventricle,interventricular septum,A/E of left ventricle,pulmonary arterial pressure were detected by color Doppler ultrasound echocardiograph before and after treatment. At the same time plasma endothelin,renin,and angiotensin Ⅱ were detected. [Result] The total effective rate of changes of cardiac function grade in observation group was 93.33%,while that in control group was 61.90%. There was significant difference between these two groups. [Conclusion] Xinfukang pills has obvious ameliorative effect on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in coronary heart diseases. |
