| Abstract

| [Objevtive] Hematuria is a common symptom of urinary system diseases. Controlling and alleviating play a pivotal role to arrest the development of disease and improve the prognosis. [Methods] The qualitative and localized diagnosis were carried out in 221 cases with hematuria caused by chronic nephritis according to the clinical differentiation in TCM,consulting with the relative laboratory indexes. [Result] It is considered that in those patients, whose main complaints were hematuria,treatment with syndrome differentiationdiagnosis. [Conclusion] Combined with understanding the clinical syndromes(qualitative)and laboratory indexes(orientation)is necessary so as the diagnostic process could be completed in normal way. |
