| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the influence of Weiansan on precancerous lesion and to explore its treatment mechanism. [Methods] Thirty-eight cases were randomly divided into Weiansan group(5g, 3 times a day) and Weifuchun group. The Condition of mucosal inflammation observed by Gastroscopic examination was performed before and after treatment to observe the mucous inflammation changes. The glandular atrophy, enterocyte metaplasia,heterotypic hyperplasia degree and infection condition of helicobacter pyloric(Hp) were examined pathologically before and after administration and compared between these tow groups. [Result] There was no significant difference between these two groups in the post treatment gastroscopic examination (P>0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of Weiansan is equivalent to that of Weifuchun,a known clinically effective method for treating precancerous lesion of stomach carcinoma. However, in the elimination effect of Hp action Weiansan group was better than that of Weifuchun groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Weiansan has better improving effect on clinical symptoms and some certain inhibitory effect on body of gland atrophy,enterocyte metaplasis,heterotypic hyperplasia,and at the same time, has an obvious effect on Hp. |
