Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of the maneuver treatment dynamically on the acute lumbosacral injury syndromes. [Methods] Six hundred and eight six established cases were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each containing 343 cases. Routine massage method was applied in control group, manual replacement with the lumbar part in a anteflexed and dorsal protraction condition was applied in treatment group. [Result] The cure rate of treatment group is 83.10%,the total effective rate is 99.13%,while that of control group is 47.20% and 86.00% respectively. There is significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The maneuver massage technique treating acute lumbosacral injury syndromes dynamically is superior the routine massage methods. |
