| Abstract

| With the thorough investigation on vascular dementia (VD),a new concept of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)has been put forward in neuroscience in recent years. The vascular cognitive impairment no dementia(VCIND)is a very early,extremely mild cerebral vascular cognitive impairment,possessing a extremely concealed character. Active diagnosis and treatment of VCIND has significant role in controlling and preventing VD or other possible senile dementia. At present,the treatments with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are all in explorative and investigative stages. According to the clinical observation,we put forward a primary recognition about the diseases category,pathogenic factors and pathogenesis and syndromes evolvement in order to give beneficial effect on the deep investigation of this diseases in TCM. |
