Among the stroke period there are three types again,i.e. stroke in blood and channel, stroke in FU-viscera and stroke in ZANG-organ. During recovery periods, type is sorted according to excess and deficiency. It is in this article emphasized that methods of "cooling blood and removing stasis" should be applied to patients with "Stasis and heat obstructing the orifice" no matter ischemic or haemorrhagic changes in order to decompose accumulation state of stasis and heat. The author introduces three key methods for eliminating turbid fluid and smoothing the bowels, that is purging dryness and heat, purging phlegm and fire, discharging stasis and heat. |
