| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the effect of Radix Astragali points injection on alleviating fluctuation of patient’s condition in children with persistent myocarditis and explore its regulating effect on immune function. [Methods] Children with persistent myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a ration of 1:1. On the background of routine treatment,Zusanli points injection with Radix Astragali was added to treatment group,while single routine treatment was applied to control group. The treatment course were three months and the following-up period was at least one year. Improvement of immune function and the fluctuation of patient’s condition during the following-up period were observed. [Results] The occurrence of the fluctuation of patient’s condition in both groups was reduced markedly when compared to that before treatment with significant difference between the value before and after treatment P<0.01. There was also a significant difference among each group P<0.05.Compared to control group,the value was lower in treatment group. T cells subtype,activity of NK,immunoglobulin of both groups were improved after treatment. There was a significant difference in activity of CD3 and NK of both groups before and after treatment P<0.05,and activity of CD3 and NK cell also showed significant difference among groups P<0.05.[Conclusion]Routine treatment combined with Rdix Astragali points injection can obviously reduce the occurrence of the fluctuation of the patient’s condition and possesses certain immune regulating effect. |
