Abstract
|
[Objective]To observe the effect of integrated TCM and Western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) in acute aggravating period. [Methods] Thirty cases were all administered with Huatan Qingfei Decoction associated with venous pharmaceutics made of Chinese herbs and antibiotics symptomatic treatment and oxygen therapy. [Results] After treatment all of the 30 cases settled down and discharged. The average hospitalization days were 24.5 days. [Conclusion] Integrated TCM and Western medicine possess better effect on acute aggravating onset of COPD. |
