Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on superficial thrombophlebitis. [Methods] Thirty-four cases diagnosed as dampness heat blood stasis Qi deficiency and blood stasis respectively from TCM differentiation were selected and divided into three groups. All groups were administrated Biqi Capsule. [Results] More patients in the dampness heat type group were cured and occupied 63.6%;The effect appeared slowly in blood stasis type,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type group and less cases were cured. [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of Biqi Capsule on superficial thrombophlebitis is better. It is safe and is worth to be further observed and used.
