Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the synergic and attenuated effect of TGP (To tal Glycoside of Radix Paeoniae alba, TGP) integrated with Leigongteng (Radix Folium et Flos Triptegii) on Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). [Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into integrated treatment group and Leigongteng only group with 30 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect and the liver injury condition of two groups were compared. [Results] The total effective rate of integrated group and Leigongteng group was 90% and 66.67% respectively with significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05);TGP in integrated group was lower obviously than that of Leigengteng group after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05);[Conclusion] Integrated treatment with TGP and Leigengteng has synergic and attenuated effect on RA. |
