| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the changes of CRP and curative effect of Shen fu (Radix Ginseng and Radix Aconiti Praeparata) injection in patients with car diac failure caused by coronary heart disease. [Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in the treatment group(Shenfu inje ction),30 cases in control group(regular treatment).The levels of CRP before and after treatment was detected with immune turbidimetry. [Results] The levels of CRP was decreased obviously in Shenfu group after treatment when compared with control group(P<0.01). The cardiac function was ameliorated evidently in both groups.The total effective rate of control group and treatment group was 73.3% and 93.3% respectively with significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Shenfu injection can significantly decrease CRP levels in patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease,improve cardiac function and enhance cardiac contractility. |
