| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To detect the levels of TNFα and LTB4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rat with Qi deficiency of lung, and to explore the probable role in The pathogenesis of TNF-α and LTB4. [Methods] Rat with Qi deficiency of lung was induced by repeat intranasal infecting of klebsiella pneumoniae twice a week. Levels of TNF-α and LTB4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of two groups were measured by ELISA. [Results] Levels of TNF-α, LTB4 in the model group were significantly higher than that in normal group. [Conclusion] TNF-α,LTB4 may involve in the chronic inflammation changes in respiratory tract in qi deficiency of lung and may contribute to the pathogenesis of qi deficiency of lung. |
