| Abstract

| [Objective] To determine the content of hydrochloric Berberine in burn Ⅱ medicine. [Methods] Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography was applied with a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), taking 0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(68:32)as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was at 270 nm. [Results] The mean recovery rate was 98.08% (RSD=1.97%, n=5). [Conclusion] The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate with reproducible results. |
