| [Objective] To provide the objective basis and TCM therapeutic methods for the clinical diagnosis of allergic pharyngitis.[Methods] The selected patients were divided randomly into two groups.The experiment group was 126 patients and the control group 90 patients.The numbers of eosinophile granulocyte,serum allergen and serum total IgE,etc.were determined.The main symptoms,case history,physical sign of allergic pharyngitis in patients were noted.[Result] The positive rate of eosinophile granulocyte was 91.27% in the experiment group,while 17.14% and 21.82% in the control group(acute and chronic pharyngitis).There was a significantly difference in the total effective rate between both groups(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The method of eliminating wind,relieving sore-throat,detumescence and stopping cough was an effective method for treating allergic pharyngitis. |
