| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Zhengxintai granules in treating angina pectoris(AP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods] The selected patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by Zhengxintai granules,while the control group by Sorbitrate.A systematic investigation was performed on clinical curative effect,blood rheology,ECG change and blood lipid level etc.as the parameters.[Result] Zhengxintai granules could relieve AP,improve ECG,decrease blood viscosity,inhibit blood hypercoagulability,lower serum lipid content.[Conclusion] Zhengxintai granules is an effective and safe drug in treating angina pectoris in patients with CHD with deficiency of qi and stasis of blood complicated with deficiency of kidney. |
