| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe and analyze the effect on Shortscape Fleabane(SF) injection on haemorheology and hyperlipemia in non-insulin dependent diabetes complicated with peripheral neuritis.[Methods] The therapy group was administered SF injection.The control group was administered Anisodamine injection.The change of clinical symptoms,haemorheology,blood lipid,conductive velocity of nerve,etc.was determined.[Result] The total effective rate of therapy group was 88.64% and superior to that of control group(P<0.01).The whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,TC,TG,LDL-c were decreased markedly in therapy group after treatment(P<0.05).But the HDL-c increased in some extents and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The therapy group was improved obviously in peroneal nerve motion and the conductive velocity of sensory nerve(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The SF injection may improve the haemorheology and lipid metabolism of patients from non-insulin dependent diabetes complicated with peripheral neuritis.The SF injection has definitely therapeutic effect in treating non-insulin dependent diabetes complicated with peripheral neuritis. |
