Establishment of a Complex Animal Model for Fatty Liver,Hyperlipidemia and Diabetes

Abstract
    [Objective]To investigate the method to establish a complex animal model for fatty liver,hyperlipidemia and diabetes.[Methods]Pekins were randomized into control group and model group.The Pekins of model group were fed with high glucose diet which consists of 96.7% corn,tempered edible oil 1.9%,salt 1.4%,avian vitamin 10 g/100 kg.The index of body weight,ratio of liver weight/body weight,blood sugar,serum grease,liver grease,liver pathology was observed.[Results] The body weight,ratio of liver weight/body weight,blood sugar,serum cholesterol,serum triglyceride and liver triglyceride of the model group were higher than that of the control group.Pathology of hepatocyte steatosis in liver was observed in the model group.[Conclusion] A complex animal model for fatty liver?hyperlipidemia and diabetes is successfully established in Pekins by 3 weeks high glucose diet.
