Abstract
    [Objective] To establish the qualitative criteria of zhiqi Qingre(clearing fever with Fructus Gardenia and Radix Scutellariae) malacotic capsule.[Methods] The qualitative identification of Gardenia,Licorice and Scutellaria was performed with TLC and Baicalin content was determined with HPLC.[Result] The content of Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.267 5～1.07µg(R=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 90.4%.[Conclusion] This method is feasible and has a good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of malacotic capsule of Zhiqi Qingre.
