Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the immune character in patients with atopic dermatitis in damp abundance due to splenic asthenia syndrome AD.[Methods] Sixty.one patients with atopic dermatitis were enrolled from out.patient clinic.Twenty healthy persons were as control. The level of serum total IgE was determined by ELISA The T cell subgroup of peripheral blood and Taccessory cell Th1/Th2 were determined by flow cytometry. The IFN.γ and IL.4 mRNA expression in eripheral blood mononuclear cells were determined by RT.PCR.[Result] The level of serum total IgE in patients with atopic dermatitis was higher than that in control group P<0.01.The percentage of CD3+T and CD4+T wase significantly higher than that in control group P<0.01 and P<0.05.But the percentage of CD8+T was remarkablely lower than that in control group P<0.05.The percentage of Th1 cell in the peripheral blood was significantly lower than that in control group P<0.01.The percentage of Th2 cell in the peripheral blood was significantly higher than that in control group P<0.01.The expression of IL.4 mRNA was significantly higher than that in control group P<0.01.[Conclusion] The high level of serum total IgE,the disorder of T cell function and the imbalance of Th1/Th2 were the immune character in patients with atopic dermatitis in damp abundance due to spleen asthenia syndrome. |
