| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the influence of acupuncture with Yiqi Tiaoxue benefiting qi and adjusting blood and Fuben Peiyuan Strenthening the body resistance and tonifying vital qi on the expression of hippocampus gene in accelerated aged mouse SAMP10. [Methods] SAMP10 mice of 8 months were divided randomly into the acupuncture acupoint group,acupuncture non.acupoint group and control group normal animals,SAMR1.The hippocampus gene expression in SAMP10 and the influence of acupuncture were analyzed by cDNA microarray technique. [Result] Seven categories,including ten genes,had changes of expression in P10 hippocampus.It was demonstrated that associated with following fast aging.Eight genes expression had up.regulation and two genes expression were down.regulated.After acupuncture with YiqiTiaoxue and FubenPeiyuan all the correlated changes of gene expression in P10 of aged mice was partly or totally reversed and possessed their specificity. [Conclusion] The acupuncture with YiqiTiaoxue and FubenPeiyuan may positively regulate the expression of aging.related gene of brain and postpone brain senility. |
