| Abstract

| [Objective] To discuss on Sal B protective effect pathway on cardiac muscle cell against injury due to hypoxia. [Methods] To observe the Sal B effect on cardiac muscle in the pathway of protein kinase C PKC.To discuss on the mechanism of cell protection about Sal B.To establish the CM injury model due to hypoxia and oxygen.recovery by using PKC depressantia. [Result] The accommodation in advance of Sal B may produce the protective effect of pre.adapting sample.The Sal B can promote the effect recovery of hypoxia preconditioning HPC. [Conclusion] The accommodation in advance of Sal B and HPC had similarly cell protection effect.The Sal B may enhance the toleration of injury due to hypoxia and oxygen.recovery by activating protein kinase C pathway in the later time. |
