Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a method for determination of the stachydrine hydrochloride in Qianlietai capsule by HPLC. [Methods] The cationic exchange chromatographic column of sulfonic group bonded silica gel SCX was used 4.6×250 mm,5 μm.The mobile phase was composed of 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4-(C2H5)3N 100:0.1 pH2.3.Detection wavelength was at 192 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was at 30 ℃,the injection volume was 20 μL. [Result] The linear response range was at the 4.104~12.312 μg,r=0.999 9.The recovery rate was 98.5% and RSD was 1.64% n=5. [Conclusion] The HPLC method may act as the method of product quality control and own good resolving power.The HPLC method was suitable for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride content in Qianlietai capsule. |
