| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the curative effect of Gingko injection injected into Zusanli point on asthma. [Methods] The asthma in mouse was induced by ovalbumin OVA and treated with Gingko injection injected into Zusanli point. The lung weight,WBC,RBC in the lung tissue and IgE,IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 in the BALF were determined. [Result] Gingko injection may decrease the lung weight and reduce the WBC and RBC numbers in the lung.Gingko injection may decrease the IgE,IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 level in the BALF. [Conclusion] Gingko injection may treat OVA-induced asthma in mouse by injection into Zusanli point and might be used in the clinic therapy. |
