Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the effect mechanism of luteal phase defect with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome on traditional Chinese herbs.[Methods] The seventy patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were administrated by Buchong pills and that of control group were administrated by allylestrenol. To determine the endometrium female and progesterone receptor and serum gonadal hormone content before and after the treatment by using SP immunohistochemical determination technique and electrochemiluminescence method.[Results] The sixteen patients of treatment group was higher than the normal level on serum progesterone level and fourteen patients of treatment group was lower than the normal level on serum progesterone level. The E2 and PR level of treatment group before the treatment was obviously different than that of treatment after the treatment (P<0.05). And there were eleven fetation patients in the course of treatment.[Conclusion] The Buchong pills may enhance PR content of endometrium, improve the externalization condition of endometrium and cause to pregnancy by regulating hypothalamus and appendix cerebri function. The Buchong pills had similarly inferior female-hormonelike effect. |
