Abstract
|
[Objective] To understand the curative effect on combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with depressive disorder after cerebral apoplexy.[Methods] The sixty patients were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group were administrated to the traditional Chinese herb and lower dose paroxetine. The control group were administrated to thymoleptics paroxetine. The course of treatment was eight weeks. To evaluate the curative effect by hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD),clinical global impression scale CGI and treatment adverse reaction symptom scale.[Result] The curative effect of treatment group was similar to that of control group. But the western medicine consumption of treatment group was fewer than that of control group. There were not obviously adverse effect in the treatment group.[Conclusion] The combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine with depressive disorder after cerebral apoplexy was an better treatment method which may promote restoration and easily be accepted by depressive disorder patients. |
