| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and removing stagnancy in treating children constipation with deficiency of spleen.[Methods] The treatment group was composed of forty-seven patients,administered mistura of invigorating spleen and removing stagnancy. The control group was forty-two patients by using Qingjiang tablet. The course of treatment was ten days in both groups. The constipation and the improvement of deficiency of spleen were observed carefully before and after treatment.[Result] The short-term effect was identical in both groups on improving constipation. However,the treatment group was markedly superior to the control group in improving syndrome of deficiency of spleen.[Conclusion] The treatment in constipation in children should protect the qi of spleen and stomach and regulate the body comprehensively. |
