Abstract

[Objective] To study the treatment effect of acupuncture on dysphagia induced by pseudo-glbular paralysis after cerebral apoplexy.[Methods] Sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups:acupuncture and medicine treatment group and medicine only group. Taking the change of dysphagia as the main parameter the curative effect before and after treatment was observed and the statistical analysis was performed.[Result] The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9% and that of control group was 46.6%. There was a obvious difference between treatment group and control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The acupuncture treatment has obvious curative effect on dysphagia after cerebral apoplexy. |
