Abstract
|
[Objective] To work out a transducer of needle-type for the measurement of the oxygen partial pressure in vivo.[Methods] The indicatingr electrode was made with the inert metal as the sensitive membrane. It was installed in a syringe needle with a reference electrode together to establish a complex needle-type transducer. It was in solid state with the diameter of needle tip of 0.35 mm,sensitivity 0.1 kPa,and linearity range 0.1~20 kPa. The detector of oxygen partial pressure with four channels was then manufactured with the polarization voltage -0.4~-0.9 v,measurement range 0~20 kPa,sensitivity 0.01 kPa.[Results] The experiment in vitro and in vivo demonstrated that the transducer could measure the oxygen partial pressure of tissue in vivo continually and dynamically and show the changes accurately on time.[Conclusion] The complex oxygen transducer can monitor the oxygen partial pressure of tissue in vivo continually. |
