| [Object] To study conveniently and rapidly determination method of chlorogenic acid content in cephalanopli herba. Method To determine the chlorogenic acid content in three different metropolis of cephalanopli herba by using HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions were:Lichrospher C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),column temperature at 30 ℃,methanolacetic acid (15:85)as mobile phase of chlorogenic acid,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength at 327 nm.[Results] The liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0.003 28～0.029 52 μg/μL (r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 100.12% and RSD was 2.36.[Conclusion] The method was proved to be simplerapidand accurate and may be used to determine chlorogenic acid content in cephalanopli herba. |
