Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrated medicine and psychotherapy on diabetic nephropathy(DN).[Methods] According to the Mogensen’s project about stages,based on the routine treatent the effect of Yishen huoxue(tonifying)kidney and activating(type of deficiency of both qi and yin complicated with blood stasis)were observed and compared with the western medicine only group.[Result] The total effective rate was 83.33% in treatment group,while that of control group was 57.14%.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The curative effect in ameliorating clinical symptoms,reducing blood glucose and creatinine,diminishing urinary protein,lowering β2-microglobulin,regulating lipid metabolism,improving blood rheology and psychologic status was better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Integrated medicine and psychotherapy posses a good therapeutic effect on diabetic nephropathy. |
