Abstract

[Objective] To observe the regulative effect of Chinese herbs on the cellular immune function in patients with obstructive jaundice postoperatively.[Methods] Forty-eight patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into routine therapy group,glycyrrhizin group and traditional Chinese herbs group.The content of CD4,CD8 in peripheral blood was measured respectively before and 1 d and 7 d after operation.[Result] No significant difference was found in these three groups in CD4 and CD8 content in 1 day after operation(P>0.05).The CD4 and CD8 content of traditional Chinese herbs group was significantly higher than that of routine therapy group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The traditional Chinese herbs is one of the important adjuvant to treat the obstructive jaundice during peri-operative period. |
