| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Sanao Tang modified in prescription on bronchial asthma with cold fluid-retention in lung.[Methods] Fifty-two asthma children were divided randomly into therapy group and control group.The therapy group was provided Sanao Tang modified in prescription and the control group aminophylline.The change of symptoms,physical sign,lung function,IgE,EOS,IL-4,IL-5 were observed before and after treatment.[Result] The Sanao Tang modified in prescription group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms and decrease of the IL-4,IL-5 level,etc.[Conclusion] The Sanao Tang modified in prescription has definitive clinical effect on bronchial asthma with cold fluid-retention in lung.The Sanao Tang modified in prescription may improve and regulate clinically correlated indexes. |
