Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the effective dosage of polyglucoside of tripterygium Wilfordii in treating rheumatic arthritis(RA)for guiding the clinical rational administration.[Methods] Five hundred and sixty-seven patients treated with this drug were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The effect was classified as improvement, advance and obviously advance. The relation between improvement and administration time and administration dosage was studied.[Result] The average between administration dosage of advance group and improvement group had obvious difference(P<0.05).However,the average administration dosage between advance group and obvious advance group had not difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion] In a certain range, the polyglucoside of tripterygium Wilfordii should be administrated with sufficient time interval and dosage in the largest effective administration limit in order to achieve the best curative effect. |
