Abstract
    [Objective] To explore the relationship between the differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM and serum microelement and free radical in patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods] The differentiation of symptoms and signs in patients with coronary heart disease with a method of clinical control was performed.The healthy persons were selected as the control.Serum microelement and free radical were detected separately between different syndrome type of coronary heart disease.The level of calcium and ferrum was increased significantly in patients with superficiality excess.Increased zinc and low copper were existed in patients with obstruction with turbid phlegm.There was a significant difference when compared with control group.The activity of free radical enzyme was obviously decreased in patients with origin deficiency.It was significantly different when compared with control and patients with superficiality excess.[Conclusion] There is a difference of objective parameters between the patients with different type of syndrome.
