Abstract
|
The physiologic function of spleen in Eastern and Western medicine was here compared.1)the concept of that of spleen promotes transportation and transformation was similar to the exocrine pancreas and the digestive function in Western medicine.That of liquid of spleen is saliva was similar to the digestive effect of amylase and saliva in mouth.2)Spleen governs blood to the effect of storing of one third of platelet and hemostasis.3)Spleen masters four limbs and muscle to the maintaining the physiological function of body after digestion of food by exocrine pancreas and the absorption of the nutrient to provide the whole body.4)Other viewpoints,however,hadn’t directly relationship with pancreas and spleen. |
