| [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Ning-Gu prescription 1(calming bone I,NGP1) in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint.[Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was administrated with NGP 1 and control group diclofenac sodium.[Results] The recovery and excellence rate of treatment group were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group as well(P<0.05).[Conclusions] The Ning-gu prescription 1 had better curative effect in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint. |
