| [Objective] To study the stability of ginsenosides Rg1 and baicalin in culture medium.[Methods] Ginsenosides Rg1 and Baicalin in culture medium were determined with HPLC.[Results] The linear regressive curves of both substances were in the range of 20～400 ng. The recovery rates of Rg1 and Baicalin were 96.8% and 97.5% respectively.[Conclusions] This method is specific, simple, sensitive and suitable for the measurement of Ginsenosides Rg1 and Baicalin in culture medium. |
