Transforming Education Concept and Promoting Cultivation of Talented Persons of High TCM Education

Abstract
    At present, there weren’t unified recognition on how to cultivate TCM talents persons and that resulted in slow development of high education at a certain degree. To deeply think how to transform the education concept, carry out education and teaching reform of high TCM education, how to cultivate TCM the talents persons were necessary. It was suggested that education should serve the social and people development and absorb the good experiences in science, reasonable and advanced part of modern education viewpoints in order to promoting high education reform. Education reform of TCM should deal with several problems. At last, the author emphasized that high education reform of TCM may face with many difficulties and problems and need the government policy guidance in order to establish the new thoughts, new mode, new system and new situation of high education of TCM.
