Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the influence of Tanshinone ⅡA on the expression of MCP-1 and IL-1β in the vascular smooth muscle cell. [Methods] Cultivate the aorta smooth muscle cell of rats and reproduce the TNF-α injured model. The expression of MCP-1 and IL-1β was determined by RT-PCR and radioimmunology assay and the effect of tanshinone ⅡA was observed. [Results] The transhinone ⅡA may inhibit MCP-1 and IL-1β overexpression of vascular smooth muscle cell injured by TNF-α. [Conclusions] Inhibiting MCP-1 and IL-1β overexpression in atheroclerosis process may be one of the mechanisms of transhinone IIA. |
