[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of different doses of Tongxinluo (dredging cardiac collateral) capsule on angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. [Methods] Forty-seven patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into treatment(24 cases, treating with different doses of Tongxinluo capsule) and control group(23 cases). Double-blind and controlled method were adopted to compare the clinical symptom changes four weeks later. [Results] The improvement of TCM syndrome was better in treatment group than that of control group. The recovery and excellence rate of treatment group were individually 25.0% and 29.2%. There were no difference between two groups. Recovery and excellence rate of control group were individually 26.1% and 26.1%. Treating effect on angina pectoris hadn’t difference between the treatment group control group. The excellence rates were individually 58.3% and 58.6%. The excellence effect on electrocardiogram in treatment group hadn’t any difference with that of control group. They were individually 16.7% and 17.4%. [Conclusions] Tongxinluo capsule has a better curative effect on angina pectoris in coronary heart disease and may improve TCM syndrome. |
