| [Objective] To evaluate effectivity of invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow method on treating vascular dementia. [Methods] To carry out clinical study by using random double-blind method and Dihydroergotoxine acted as control medicine. To carry out measure and evaluation by using ADL scale and MMSE scale and give a mark before and after the treatment. [Results] The daily life, activity ability and cognitive ability of vascular dementia patients had obviously increase than that of control group(P<0.01). The clinical effect of treatment group had an advantage than that of control group in three months of treatment. [Conclusions] The invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow method may obviously enhance daily life and activity ability and total cognitive function of vascular dementia patients and had an better clinical curative effect. |
