| Abstract

| [Objective] To research the of protective action of Yishen Buqi Huoxue method(tonifying kidney, invigorating vital Qi and activating blood circulation) on cerebral ischemia/reperfusing injury, mainly including the pathological course of brain ischemic reperfusing injury. [Methods] The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion of Wistar rats models were established by using Warner method and simultaneously observe three groups cerebral tissue free babical with the water and the brain water content change. [Results] The cerebral tissue free babical and water content of Yishen Buqi Huoxue method group was obviously lower than that of salt solution group. [Conclusions] Yishen Buqi Huoxue method group can control free babical production and chain reactive production to a certain degree, promote nerve cell structure and function resumption and delay nerve cell necrosis. It has therapeutical variety and curative effect accuracy. |
