Abstract
|
[Objective] To optimize the dosage and ratio of danshen(Rasix Salviae Milt orrgizae) and sanchi(Radix Notoginseng) by processing the experimental data with ED-NM-MO Method. [Methods] Aimed at pharmacodynamics indexes, the pharmacodynamic data of the ratio of danshen and sanchi based on baseline geometric proportion increasing and decreasing design were nonlinearity fitted and multi-objective optimized. [Results] Pareto optimal ratio for six and seven pharmacodynamics indexes was individually obtained. [Conclusions] ED-NM-MO Method is suited for the researching of the characters of Chinese medicine, and it can be used for the optimization of dosage and ratio of herb or component compound. |
