Abstract
    [Objective] To establish the quality criteria and quality assay method of baicalin in Chai-qin(Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae) capsule. [Methods] Using by HPLC method: C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47:53:0.2); flow rate (1.0 mL/min); detection wavelength(278 nm); column temperature(30 ℃) were used. [Result] There was a better linear relationship between the 0.038-0.676 μg. [Conclusion] The HPLC method was shortcut, convenient, accurate and good separating effect. It may act as quality control standard for the capsule.
