| [Objective] To observe the effect of XUAN FU(Flos inulae)DAI ZHE(Haematitum)decoction on the expression of gastrin from the mucous membrane of gastric antrum in rats with acid reflux esophagitis.[Methods] The acid reflux esophagitis was induced by partial ligation of the pylorus and inferior esophageal sphincterotomy.Two,four and eight days after administration of XUAN FU DAI ZHE decoction the changes of the secretion of gastrin from the mucosa of gastric antrum were observed.[Results] There was obvious improvement for the gastrin expression 8 days after treating without significant difference when compared with the sham operation group(P>0.05).[Conclusions] The XUAN FU DAI ZHE decoction can increase the gastrin expression and thus improving the recovery of the function of LES and increasing the pressure on LES,preventing the reflux of gastric acid and accelerating and making a quick convalence. |
