| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongxinluo(activating heart collateral)Capsule in improving the insulin resistance and blood hypercoagulation in diabetes patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods] Sixty-nine patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.The patients of group A were treated with routine western medicine and those of B group with Tongxinluo Capsule and routine western medicine.The change of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and the parameters of blood coagulation before and after treatment were observed.[Results] The index of blood sugar,HbAlc,HOMA-IR and blood coagulation was improved at different degree.[Conclusions] The Tongxinluo Capsule has some curative effects in preventing and treating insulin resistance and blood hypercoagulation in diabetes patients with coronary heart disease. |
