Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the clinical curative effect and the mechanism of acupuncture in treating acute myocardial infarction combined with ventricular arrhythmia.[Methods] A controlled clinical trial was used with the number of patients in both groups in a proportion of 1:1.Sixty patients were observed. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture with special maneuver and acupoint selection and the control group was administrated with lidocaine.[Results] The comparison of curative effect between acupuncture group and control group had not obvious difference(P>0.05).[Conclusions] The curative effect of acupuncture group is closely similar to that of control group in treating acute myocardial infarction combined with ventricular arrhythmia. The author considered that the basic etiological factor is heart pulse stasis and heart-spirit disnourishing that belong to deficiency syndrome mingling with excess syndrome. The treatment method is regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, supporting heart and tranquilizing. |
