| Pestilence school discussed the etiological factor and pathogenesis,diagnosis,differentiation of symptoms and signs and treatment of the infectious epidemic disease with different point of view.After a curse of recognition newly and origination of the new ideas it made the theoretic and diagnostic and treatment system matured gradually.Especially,the recognition of clinical feature was helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.In the experience to use an attack treatment and the special formula mainly and change with syndrome,to emphasize to protect the gastric qi and the regulation in late period,to emphasize to increase the disease resistance ability,the internal agent in the body and remove the pestilence toxin are worthy of taking into account.The academic thought and treatment experience of pestilence school played an important role in developing the superiority and characteristic of TCM,exploring the pathogenesis rule of new infectious disease and viral infectious disease,perfecting the theory of syndrome differentiation. |
