| [Objective] To observe the multitarget curative effect of Huoxuechengqi Decoction and prove the synergistic effect between promoting blood flow and dissolving blood stagnation medicine and purgation Chinese medicine in rats with peritoneal adhesion.[Methods] The peritoneal adhesion in rats was induced by appendix ligation and perforation method.The effect of Huoxuechengqi Decoction on preventing peritoneal adhesion was observed and the content of hydroxyproline in the adhesion tissue wase determined.[Results] Huoxuechengqi Decoction may obviously decrease the content of hydroxyproline in the adhesion tissue and prevent the formation of peritoneal adhesion.[Conclusions] Huoxuechengqi Decoction has synergistic effect and may prevent and treat the formation of peritoneal adhesion. |
