Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect of Qixuanyixin(supplementing heart)capsule on the action potential and transient outward potassium channel of ischemic ventricular muscle cell in diabetes rats,and investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Qixuanyixin capsule based on cell channel level.[Methods] The acute myocardial ischemia of diabetes rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)to cause pancreatic damage and pituitrin into sublingual vein to cause the contraction of coronary artery.The effect of Qixuanyixin Capsule on the action potential and transient outward potassium channel of ischemic ventricular muscle cell were recorded by the technique of whole cellular membrane patch clamp.[Results] The high dosage group of Qixuanyixin capsule could obviously improve the change of action potential index and transient outward potassium channel(Itol)with a significant difference when compared with model group(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Qixuanyixin Capsule can activate Ito1.It is considered that the anti-ischemia effect of Qixuanyixin capsule was associated with activitation of Ito1,and improvement of action potential and transient outward potassium channel. |
